Please be aware of a very important event coming up this Saturday, August 17! There will be a fundraiser for our very own Leaving The Streets Ministry, under the direction of Jesus and Wanda Ruiz. The event will be held at the Haverhill Citizen's Center, 1 Welcome St, beginning at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Special presentations, including testimonies, special songs, and youth performances will continue till 9pm. Special recognition will be given to Mayor James Fiorentini for his faithful support and encouragement for this ministry. Admission per person will be $35. All proceeds will go toward funding Leaving The Streets Ministry, which, by the way, is doing an outstanding job ministering the love of Jesus to our inner city youth and providing counseling, job training and job placements that are being recognized and commended by local and state authorities.
